As for our sample packs, while the creators remain anonymous, we hand-pick pioneers in the music scene - forward-thinking producers with deep experience and cutting-edge sound. We focus on quality, not clout, so every pack delivers real tools used by the artists shaping the future of music.

Yes - all of our sample packs are 100% royalty free. You can use anything from them in your own productions.

Our masterclass courses, on the other hand, are for educational purposes only. While you’re free to learn from the project files and recreate the techniques shown, any demo tracks or project materials from the courses remain the property of Forbidden Samples and cannot be released or distributed.

By purchasing or downloading our products from our website (forbiddensamples.com), you agree to the following terms:

You are allowed to:

. Use the samples in your own music productions (commercial or non-commercial).

. Release music containing these samples on any platform (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.).

. Use the samples in DJ sets, live performances, and client work.

You are NOT allowed to:

. Share, resell, or redistribute the samples in any way, whether individually, in packs, or in any other format.

. Upload the samples to websites, torrent platforms, file-sharing services, or sample databases.

. Use the samples to train AI models or datasets.

. Claim the individual samples as your own.

License & Rights:

. All samples are royalty-free. You keep 100% of earnings from any music you release using them.

. The license is non-transferable — only the original purchaser is licensed to use the sounds.

. Licenses are granted exclusively upon verified purchase through forbiddensamples.com. Any use, distribution, or reproduction of these samples without a valid purchase constitutes copyright infringement and is strictly prohibited.

. Unauthorized use of these samples without a valid purchase violates copyright law and may result in legal action.

. Forbidden Samples may occasionally update or refine product content to ensure originality and quality. All versions remain covered under this license. It is your responsibility to ensure any content you release respects third-party rights and is suitable for commercial use.

Digital Products – No Returns or Refunds

All sales of digital products are final. Once a purchase has been completed and the product has been downloaded or accessed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties with your download, please contact us at calvin@forbiddensamples.com, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue. However, if the files are functional and support has been provided, refunds will not be granted.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period Exception

Under EU consumer laws, digital products that have been downloaded or accessed are not eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal. By purchasing our products, you agree to waive this right upon downloading.

Fraud Prevention

We strictly monitor refund requests for fraudulent activity. Any attempts to abuse our policy, including unauthorized chargebacks, may result in account bans and loss of future purchasing privileges.
